The silent script running your financial life

Most women who feel stuck with money are not lacking discipline, knowledge, or ambition. They are quietly playing out a financial script they absorbed in childhood. This diagnostic will name yours, in eight questions.

You are not bad with money. You are running a story you were handed before you were old enough to question it.

The Wealth Within Her
Who is behind this

Financial empowerment coaching, not financial advice

We are Catrine and Riikka, founders of The Wealth Within Her. We work with accomplished women (founders, executives, high-earners) who have built something real but still feel a persistent unease around money that the numbers cannot explain.

We do not start with systems or strategies; not because they do not matter, but because they rarely stick until the deeper work is done. The women we work with are capable of building extraordinary financial lives. What gets in the way is almost never a knowledge gap. It is the story running underneath.

The scripts in this diagnostic were developed from direct conversations with the women we work with: patterns that cut across industry, income, and life stage, with the same emotional origins at their core. Financial psychologists Brad Klontz and Ted Klontz established that these patterns are not personality traits. They are unconscious money scripts, formed in childhood and carried largely unchanged into adult decisions. Cambridge University research suggests those habits are set earlier than most people realise, largely by age seven.

The Wealth Within Her offers business and financial coaching, not financial advice or planning.

Question 1

When you think about charging more (raising your prices, asking for a bigger fee, negotiating your salary), what comes up first?

Choose the answer that feels most true, not the one you think is right.
